The company’s main targets at the moment are high standard senior resorts and various residential housing projects focused on flat and family housing in the vicinity of Prague. Selected projects

This unique project creates a shared housing area for seniors with the access to build in medical services, a variety of leisure activities, and affordable funding. This innovative concept is based on implemented best practice guidelines in senior housing in the USA and the UK.

  • The project targets clients in early senior ages 50+ or younger people with disabilities.
  • There are 184 apartments, each with its own kitchen and the choice of 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms. Only high-quality materials and resources were implemented during construction including the equipment of the resort. Further, the resort offers barrier-free access, and it is located in the immediate vicinity of the Štěpánka forest park in Mladá Boleslav.
  • The resort is designed according to current trends in quality housing with an emphasis on the long-term sustainability of the buildings and the entire complex.
  • The first phase of the construction process was completed in September 2020 and the complete resort is scheduled to be finished in October 2021.


The East Gardens project in Strančice offers a total of 89 apartments each with its own kitchen and a choice of 2 to 5 bedrooms. The apartments are distributed into 41 townhouses and 48 flats, most of which offer a garden with an area of 100 - 300 m2 and a garden house.

  • High standard living with a unified architectural solution and its own built-in central park.
  • Each living unit also has 2 parking spaces with a charging station for an electric car.
  • Located in Strančice, 25 minutes by train from to the center of Prague, this facility provides a variety of options for outdoor sports in the form of a bike path, an in-line track and the option of cross-country skiing in the winter.
  • The first stage of the housing complex is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021, the second stage in 2022.
